Job description

Yuki & The Yuki Way

Hi there, welcome to Yuki! As a vibrant, international IT scale-up, we support accountants, businesses, and entrepreneurs in handling their accounting more efficiently, simply, and enjoyably. And to make that possible? Well, we’re looking for kick‑ass colleagues to complete our ambitious, cheerful, and lively team of top professionals!

Come on, now: that sounds like something for you, right?!

A True Yukian at Heart

Driven, enthusiastic, and with a quirky side: there's always some buzz in our trendy office in Berchem. And that’s the way we like it! We're eager to achieve results, take on our responsibilities, support each other through thick and thin, and continuously focus on an innovative future.

Everything can be improved, and... you can definitely contribute to that!

Values Worth Having

At Yuki, we place our employees first and foremost. Togetherness, authenticity, and collective momentum: that's what we're all about, day in and day out! We consciously choose colleagues who align closely with our core values:

  • Entrepreneurial - Dare, do, and persist. At Yuki, we continuously encourage innovation, self-development, and initiative.
  • Responsible - We are all essential links within Yuki, and we are aware of our responsibilities.
  • Dedicated - Involved, helpful, and full of passion: as one close‑knit team, we always go the extra mile.
  • Inclusive - We all embrace each other's diversity within an equitable, flat company structure.

Well, enough about us: it's high time to talk about your role in our organization! Let’s go!

Your Role at Yuki

In April 2026, Teamleader, Yuki and AdminPulse merged their operations into one business unit: WorkSmarterBU. Three companies, 11 legal entities, five countries, one finance team that centralises under a single CFO. There's no playbook yet and you'll help write it. The CFO owns the strategy and you own everything that makes it run. When she steps out, you step up.

What you’ll do:
  • Run the controlling function. Own month‑end and year‑end outputs across all entities, validate actuals vs. budget and forecast, and keep Visma reporting on time for every entity in scope.
  • Lead the controlling team. You'll manage a small team of controllers, set priorities, close skill gaps, and keep delivery tight across FP&A cycles and internal deadlines.
  • Act as full CFO deputy. Any setting, any topic, any audience. If she's not in the room, you are.
  • Get into the strategic work when it counts: M&A support, group-level financial planning, building out the finance org.
  • Own the transfer pricing framework. Monthly calculations, intercompany recharges, methodology standardisation across the team.
  • Bridge the broader finance function. Work with the Head of FP&A on budget and forecast cycles, coordinate with the Accounting Manager on intercompany flows and month‑end close, and drive integration of processes and tooling across the BU.
  • Lead the credit & collection (C&C) function as part of your wider team including aligning credit and collection processes and dunning procedures across all brands.
Job Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • 8+ years in finance, with at least 3-5 in a senior controlling or finance management role.
  • A strong technical foundation: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, group reporting.
  • You've built and developed a team and not just managed one.
  • Experience across multiple entities or countries where you've navigated complexity before and didn't flinch.
  • Strategic enough to sit with the CFO and operational enough to run the controlling function day-to-day.
  • A clear, direct communicator who can hold their own across a wide range of stakeholders.
Very Important: What's in It for You

At Yuki, we believe in empowering our team so they can empower our users. Here’s what we offer:

  • Flexibility: Hybrid working options and gliding hours to suit your lifestyle.
  • Growth Opportunities: Annual training budgets and access to professional development.
  • International Culture: Work in a dynamic, diverse, and inclusive team with colleagues from all over the world.
  • Engaging Work Environment: Offices in Rotterdam, Antwerp, Barcelona, and Porto, with team‑building activities, social events, and inspiring spaces to collaborate.
Are you ready?
