Role Overview

The Head of Manufacturing for the general assembly line is responsible for supervising all aspects of the general assembly process, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently, safely, and with the highest quality standards, supporting the company's overall manufacturing goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the general assembly process.
  • Set production goals and ensure alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Lead and run the general assembly line manufacturing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
  • Establish and maintain robust quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Supervise production quality and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and run the manufacturing budget, ensuring costโ€‘effective operations.
  • Be responsible for resource allocation and run external contractors and vendors.
  • Continuously identify areas for optimization and orchestrate initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Implement advanced production techniques and technologies to improve the general assembly process.
  • Ensure all manufacturing processes align with safety regulations and environmental standards.
  • Develop and implement safety procedures for the general assembly line.

Qualifications
