Weโ€™re looking for a Senior Manager, Head of Creative Studio to run that engine day to day. This role sits at the center of global advertising, connecting strategy to execution across the US, Canada, UK, France, and Australia. Youโ€™ll bring structure to complexityโ€”turning priorities into clear plans, keeping work moving at speed, and ensuring our creative studio, in-house and AI production delivers high-quality work at scale. Youโ€™ll partner closely with internal teams and a primary external studio to make the system workโ€”driving clarity, accountability, and momentum across every project.# **What youโ€™ll do**Run the global creative studio* Lead the day-to-day operations of Turoโ€™s global creative studio, ensuring high-quality creative is delivered efficiently and on time.* Own creative intake, workflow, resourcing, and production across internal teams and external partners.* Drive prioritization, remove bottlenecks, and bring visibility to studio capacity, progress, and risk.Grow and evolve our production model* Continuously improve how creative gets made by scaling production through AI, in-house capabilities, employee and customer content, and smarter use of existing assets.* Build scalable systems, workflows, and processes that increase creative output without increasing complexity.* Partner with leadership to evolve the studio operating model as the business grows.Elevate creative quality and business impact* Partner with creative and marketing leaders to ensure strong briefs, clear strategic direction, and high-quality creative execution.* Raise the bar on storytelling, craft, and creative effectiveness while maintaining speed.* Build trusted relationships across global and local teams, helping scale campaigns efficiently while enabling local relevance.# **Your profile*** 7โ€“10+ years in creative operations, production, or program management in-house or at an agency* Proven experience managing high-volume creative workflows across multiple stakeholders and timelines* Highly organized with strong attention to detail and systems thinking* Able to connect dots across projects, teams, and timelines to drive efficiency* Confident communicator who builds trust and pushes back when needed* Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments* Strong creative judgment and taste, with the ability to give clear, constructive feedback that improves the work* Experience with Asana or similar project management tools# **Bonus if you have*** Experience working across global markets* Experience partnering with external agencies or studio teams* Background in integrated campaigns across digital, social, and brandFor this role, the target base salary range in San Francisco is $166,000 - $207,000 annually. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits. In general, our ranges reflect the market-based target for new hire salaries based on the level and location of the role.
