Position Summary
Fusion Wellness Center is seeking a highly energetic, relationship-driven, and self-motivated Head of Community & Partnerships to serve as the face of our brand within the community. This individual will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships, growing referral relationships, representing the company at networking events, coordinating community outreach initiatives, and helping educate potential clients and healthcare partners on the benefits of our wellness services.
The ideal candidate is naturally outgoing, thrives on building relationships, enjoys networking, and has a genuine passion for health, wellness, longevity, and innovative therapies. This person should be comfortable speaking to groups, hosting events, and creating meaningful connections that drive awareness and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Community & Partnership Development
Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, surgery centers, chiropractors, fitness facilities, wellness providers, health practitioners, and other strategic referral partners.
Serve as the primary point of contact for community and referral partnerships.
Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that increase brand awareness and client acquisition.
Conduct educational presentations and meetings with healthcare providers and community organizations.

Relationship Management
Maintain ongoing communication with referral partners and key accounts.
Ensure partners receive exceptional service and remain engaged with the brand.
Track partnership performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Coordinate follow-up activities and nurture long-term business relationships.
Events & Community Engagement
Plan, coordinate, and host wellness events, workshops, open houses, networking events, and community outreach initiatives.
Represent Fusion Wellness Center at local business and networking events.
Actively participate in community organizations and professional groups.
Create opportunities for the company to increase visibility throughout South Florida.

Brand Representation
Serve as a positive and professional ambassador of the Fusion Wellness brand.
Educate prospective clients and partners on services including Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Recovery Services, Longevity Programs, Peptide Therapy, and other wellness offerings.
Ensure all interactions reflect the company's mission, values, and commitment to health optimization.

Business Development
Generate new leads and referral opportunities.
Assist in developing growth strategies and community initiatives.
Maintain records of partnership activities, meetings, and outcomes.
Collaborate with leadership on marketing and growth campaigns.

Qualifications
Required
3+ years of experience in business development, community relations, account management, partnerships, sales, healthcare marketing, or a related field.
Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Strong networking and communication skills.
Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally throughout South Florida.
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.

Preferred
Existing professional network within the South Florida healthcare, wellness, fitness, or business community.
Experience working within health, wellness, medical, fitness, longevity, or hospitality industries.
Familiarity with wellness therapies, longevity medicine, recovery services, and emerging health trends.
