Overview:
At Rose Bakery, the Line Cook works closely with the Pastry Chef, Sous Chef, and Head Chef to create innovative dishes. This role involves overseeing food preparation and dish presentation, ensuring they meet café standards, and contributing to the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in food preparation process including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, etc.
  • Enforce and adhere to food and safety standards in accordance with local law.
  • Assist Head Chef, Sous Chef, and Patry Chef in assembly dishes to be served.
  • Clean up after business hours.
  • Ensuring that workstations remain clean and sanitary throughout the day and at end of operating hours.
  • Maintain proper stocking of necessary ingredients and other cooking tools.
