Position Summary
The Head Chef is responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, food quality, inventory control, sanitation, and staff leadership. This role ensures that all dishes meet the establishment's standards for taste, presentation, consistency, and food safety while maintaining efficient and profitable kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
