This role is designed for professionals with artistry in blow-outs, a passion for scalp and skin health, and the drive to educate clients with authority and empathy.


As a Blow Out/Head Spa Therapist, you will deliver far more than beautiful blow-outs. You will become a trusted wellness guidehelping clients detoxify their scalp, improving hair growth, and unlocking their most radiant skin. Every appointment is an opportunity to combine luxury service with scientific expertise, creating transformative results and lasting client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client-Facing Excellence

oConduct in-depth scalp and hair consultations with confidence and warmth.

oEducate clients on root causes of hair challenges (stress, buildup, health, environment).

oRecommend tailored home-care regimens to support long-term scalp and skin health.

oLead every interaction with authenticity, empathy, and professional confidence.

Blow-Out & Styling Services

o Provide incredible BLOW OUTS at a FAST PACE in a variety of styles

o Updo and braiding experience a plus

oPersonalize each service to reflect client preferences, and elevate their look.

Head Detox & Scalp Therapy

oPerform signature Head Spa treatments: scalp detox, lymphatic massage, aromatherapy, deep cleansing, conditioning rituals.

oAdapt protocols to each clients unique scalp condition and long-term beauty goals.

Client Relationship Building

oEstablish trust and authority by blending education with luxury service.

oProactively follow up to improve retention and deepen loyalty.

oCelebrate client progress and help them see measurable results.

Sales & Product Education

oRecommend services, retail products, and regimens with confidence and clarity.

oExplain the why behind every treatment and product to position yourself as an expert.

Qualifications

Licensing & Education

oFully Licensed Cosmetologist (required).

oAdvanced blow-out training or Dry Bar/Blow Bar experience strongly preferred.

oScalp therapy training, massage certification, or wellness credentials a plus.

oStrong background in premium client service and luxury salon/spa environments.

oExcellent consultation and communication skills; confident in leading conversations.
