As part of the Commercial Product and Experience organization, the Lead Director, Head of Product Execution role is responsible for leading the Product Execution function across national accounts and regional teams, ensuring product strategy is translated into field-ready execution, market-facing storytelling, and measurable adoption performance.

This role sets the direction, priorities, and operating model for the team (approximately 6 direct reports), ensuring consistent support for field sales, product education, client and broker presentations, and execution against territory product adoption goals.

Partnering closely with sales leadership and product owners, this leader is accountable for building a high-performing function that connects product strategy to market performance.

  • Ensure the team is effectively supporting product adoption, territory performance, and field readiness goals
  • Drive consistency in how product updates, presentations, and adoption priorities are communicated and executed across territories
  • Monitor territory-level product performance, adoption signals, and execution effectiveness to inform priorities and team focus
  • Build operating rhythms, measures, and decision frameworks that strengthen execution discipline across the function
  • Support leadership visibility into team performance, market opportunities, and territory-level product execution needs

  • Experience partnering closely with sales leadership and product owners to translate strategy into market execution
  • Strong strategic thinking and organizational leadership skills
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence skills
  • Ability to lead through others, create team clarity, and drive consistent execution across distributed coverage models
  • Strong analytical and operational judgment, with the ability to connect execution activity to market performance
Success Profile

  • A strong functional leadership mindset
  • Clear judgment about how to translate product strategy into field execution at scale
  • The ability to build team consistency without losing responsiveness to market needs

  • Sales teams have stronger product understanding and more consistent support across territories
  • Client, broker, and prospect presentations are sharper, more consistent, and better aligned to product strategy
