Job description

Rate of pay is based on experience. Hiring Part and Full time positions.
The following is the basic job description for our Banquet Server position
  • Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the function areas both indoor and outdoor.
  • Assist with serving food & beverage to various events including weddings, family reunions, coorporate meetings, sporting events.
  • Set up break tables and replenish buffet lines
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and exceed customer service expectations.
  • Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relay important information about orders, allergies and special requests to the banquet Captain..
  • Respond urgently and appropriately to any concerns.
  • Present in professional appearance and mannerisms.
