Pediatrician Tampa Bay FL

Physician-Owned Practice | Outpatient Only | Full time

Join an established, physician-owned pediatric practice serving families in the Tampa Bay area. We're seeking a Board-Certified Pediatrician (ABP) to join our growing outpatient team immediately. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term practice with strong clinical support, modern technology, and a compensation model that rewards productivity. This position is outpatient general pediatrics: well visits from newborn through 18, sick visits, ADHD and behavioral care, immunizations, and chronic condition management.

Requirements

  • MD or DO
  • Board Certified in Pediatrics (ABP)
  • Completed a U.S. Pediatrics Residency
  • Florida license preferred
  • Candidates in or near the Tampa Bay area are strongly preferred

Practice

  • Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
  • Outpatient general pediatrics
  • Build to approximately 25 patients/day
  • EMR with ambient AI documentation
  • Light call: newborn rounding, ER peer calls, and 1 weekend/month (NPs handle most triage)

Compensation & Benefits

  • $150,000–$190,000+ total compensation Guaranteed base + productivity
