As a key member of our People Experience Technology & Analytics team, you will secure and optimize the Workday ecosystem that powers Trimble's global workforce. You will play a vital role in ensuring data integrity and operational excellence, directly impacting how our employees interact with technology every day!

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the hands-on administration and configuration of security domains across Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, and Recruiting.

  • Partner with cross-functional leaders in Finance and Payroll to translate complex business requirements into stable, compliant Workday solutions.

  • Spearhead the impact assessment and validation of semi-annual Workday releases to ensure seamless operational continuity.

  • Champion a robust governance framework, defining decision rights and ownership to maintain a high-standard configuration environment.

  • Solve high-impact production issues by coordinating directly with implementation partners and internal stakeholders.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • You have 3+ years of dedicated experience in Workday HCM Security Administration and role design.

  • You possess deep expertise in configuring Workday business processes, rules, and functional access.

  • You demonstrate a strong understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR).

  • You are a natural collaborator capable of bridging the gap between technical configuration and business needs.

Bonus Points For:
