Lead Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) operations and deliver projects by leveraging strong project management skills, creativity of an architect, and process orientation of a functional expert. Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices and partner with clients, Solutions Architects and Subject Matter Expert to understand pain points, prioritize requirements, and identify opportunities to improve processes and gain efficiencies. Architect Workday HCM solutions to ensure all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated. Manage a team and mentor junior members of the team. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience with HCM systems
  • 4+ years of experience with Project Management
  • 3+ years of experience with at least three of the Workday HCM modules including Recruiting, Core HR, Learning, Talent, and Performance Management
  • Experience with People Management
  • Knowledge of HR processes Bachelor's degree
  • Additional Qualifications:Knowledge of touch points with Payroll, General ledger, and other People technologies
  • Ability to work well in structured and unstructured environments, under pressure, and with changing priorities
  • Possession of excellent consultative, organization, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
