Job Description Tool & Die Maker - Night Shift (2-2-3 Rotation) Location: Hartford, WI Schedule: Night Shift | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule Pay: Up to $44.00/hour (based on experience) Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 Build Precision Tooling for a Growing Manufacturing Operation We are seeking an experienced Tool & Die Maker to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you'll build, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot molds, tooling, and fixtures that support high-volume production. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Tool & Die experience who enjoys precision machining, problem-solving, and working with advanced CNC equipment

Responsibilities Build, repair, and maintain molds, tooling, dies, and fixtures Set up and operate manual and CNC machining equipment Manufacture and repair injection molds and tooling components Perform preventive maintenance on molds and dies Troubleshoot mold and die performance issues to minimize downtime Build jigs, fixtures, and gauges for production and quality inspection Fabricate precision tooling using conventional and specialty machine tools Assist with mold design improvements and tooling modifications Manufacture new molds and tooling for existing and new products Maintain close tolerances and ensure tooling meets production specifications Qualifications Minimum 3 years of Tool & Die Maker experience Experience with high-speed CNC machining Exposure to 5-axis machining preferred Experience with mold repair and precision tooling Ability to read blueprints and precision measuring instruments Strong troubleshooting and machining skills Associate degree in Machine Tool Technology preferred, but not required Experience in plastics or injection molding environments is a plus Compensation & Benefits Up to $44/hour, depending on experience $2,500 Sign-On Bonus Paid Time Off 10 Paid Holidays (paid even if they do not fall on your scheduled workday) Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance (effective after 61 days) Company-paid Life Insurance Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) 401(k) with 100% company match on the first 4% plus additional match up to 6% Annual Tool Allowance Free onsite fitness center and chiropractor Performance reviews every six months during the first two years Opportunities for career advancement Work Environment This is an on-site manufacturing position requiring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, a hard hat, and steel-toe boots (boots provided by employee).
