You will act as the lead architect of our sales methodology, ensuring every seller can understand the problems our customers face and how Harness helps address them. This is a role for a dynamic person who thrives on the energy and the fast-paced nature of a high-growth organization. This individual will be a key driver in accelerating the productivity and proficiency of our global sales organization.

  • Stage presence that keeps participants engaged and motivated.
  • Expert-level program and project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies and the B2B sales cycle.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts simply and convincingly.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in the DevOps or CI/CD landscape is required.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience selecting, implementing, and optimizing sales enablement tools (e.g., LMS/CMS like FlockJay, Mindtickle, Highspot, or a similar platform).
