Job description

Harley-Davidson is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Motorclothes Sales Associate to join our team.
What You'll Do:
  • Deliver top-tier customer service to guests shopping for Harley-Davidson gear, apparel, and accessories
  • Assist customers in selecting Motorclothes and riding gear that fit their style, needs, and safety requirements
  • Stay informed on the latest product lines, features, and industry trends
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space
  • Accurately handle transactions using various payment methods including cash, credit, and financing
  • Collaborate with your team to hit and exceed sales goals
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty

What We're Looking For:
  • At least 1 year of retail sales experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises-including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas-while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
  • Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
