????️ What You'll Be Doing

As a Harley-Davidson Service Technician, you’ll work on some of the most iconic motorcycles in the world. Whether it’s customizing a bike to perfection, bringing a classic ride back to life, or keeping our community safe and on the road — you’ll be the go-to expert.

Your mission includes:

  • Delivering top-notch, high-quality repairs and customizations on customer and dealership bikes.
  • Diagnosing issues and recommending service solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Keeping your work area clean, organized, and dialed in — just like our bikes.
  • Taking pride in efficient, precise work — minimizing come-backs and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Road-testing machines to ensure every ride rolls out flawlessly.
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with Service Advisors, Managers, and customers.

???? What We’re Looking For

We want a mechanically-minded, team-oriented technician who takes pride in doing things right — and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty doing what they love.

You're a great fit if you have:

  • Graduation from a factory-certified training program (MMI preferred) or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Solid knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles (or the drive to learn fast).
  • Your own tool set (or a plan to build one within 60 days).
  • A valid motorcycle endorsement and a clean driving record.
  • Strong attention to detail, good judgment, and the ability to stay cool under pressure.
  • A passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson brand.

  • Must be comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.

  • Exposure to loud noises, fumes, chemicals, and the sights and sounds of the shop.
