Job description

Parts & Service Advisor

Join the Ride. Fuel the Passion.

About the Role

At our Harley-Davidson dealership, we donโ€™t just service motorcycles โ€” we fuel dreams and keep the spirit of freedom alive on the open road. As a Parts & Service Advisor, youโ€™ll be the trusted guide for our riders, helping them get the parts, service, and expertise they need to keep their Harley-Davidson running strong.

This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes motorcycles, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and gets genuine satisfaction from solving problems and creating legendary customer experiences.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Be the go-to expert for riders, helping them identify service needs and parts to keep their Harley-Davidson in peak condition.
  • Deliver next-level customer service, making every rider feel like part of the H-D family.
  • Partner with Service Technicians and other departments to make sure every repair and upgrade is completed with precision and care.
  • Build trust by diagnosing concerns, explaining repair orders clearly, and setting accurate expectations for cost and completion time.
  • Maximize opportunities by recommending service specials, upgrades, and additional work when it benefits the customer.
  • Keep riders in the loop with friendly, timely status updates.
  • Ensure smooth service operations by opening/closing work orders, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Stay sharp by completing Harley-Davidson training programs and keeping your knowledge current.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • A valid motorcycle license (endorsement required) and the skills to confidently handle a Harley-Davidson.
  • A natural people-person with strong communication skills and a positive, friendly vibe.
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in motorcycles, automotive, or a related industry (H-D knowledge a plus โ€” passion required).
  • Comfort with point-of-sale and service management software (or a quick learner eager to pick it up).
  • Strong time management, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Physical ability to safely maneuver heavyweight motorcycles (600+ lbs).
  • A flexible, reliable teammate whoโ€™s ready to roll with the needs of the dealership.

Why Youโ€™ll Love It Here

  • Work in a high-energy, rider-focused environment surrounded by Harley-Davidson motorcycles and culture every day.
  • Join a team that treats employees and customers like family.
  • Opportunities for growth through ongoing training and career development.
  • Be part of a brand that represents freedom, individuality, and the open road.

Working Conditions

  • Active, on-your-feet role inside a service department environment.
  • Exposure to noise, fumes, cleaning chemicals, and other conditions typical of a motorcycle service shop.
