Mountain View Hospital is looking for a Data Reporting Clerk to join our team!
JOB SUMMARY: The Audit Integrity Data Reporting Clerk will be responsible for submitting records for external and internal audit requests. This includes collection and analyzing the records for completeness of documentation prior to submission to applicable parties. The Audit Integrity Clerk will ensure the office has then necessary items and supplies to perform department functions.

Education/Certification: High School Diploma or GED.
Experience: 1-3 years of medical experience.
