Job Description:   Endorse Infinity is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data in our systems and databases to support various departments and projects. 
Position Type: Full-time
Salary:  $16.50 - $25.00 hourly




Key Responsibilities
  • Input data accurately and efficiently into designated databases and software systems.
  • Verify data accuracy and completeness by reviewing and comparing source documents.
  • Perform regular data maintenance tasks, including updating records and correcting errors.
  • Assist with data cleanup and validation projects to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Retrieve and compile data from various sources for analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems to ensure easy access and retrieval of information.
  • Follow data entry protocols and guidelines to maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in typing and data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems; experience with CRM or ERP systems is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
