Sales Reconciliation Clerk
Reports to: VP of Accounting - SSA Group
Location: Denver, CO @ SSA HQ; job is onsite with some opportunity for remote day(s), but must live in or within commute distance of Denver, CO

We are looking for a detail-oriented accounting team member with strong organizational skills, that would like to make a long-term home in an established and well-respected organization. The quality candidate is dependable and responsible, with strong work ethic, thrives in both individual and teamwork landscapes. Must have ability to learn quickly and willing to take on new challenges.
Job duties may consist of (but not limited to):
  • Receive and review weekly sales reports from each branch
  • Record sales through Microsoft Dynamics GP
  • Code all sales to proper units and General Ledger accounts
  • Assist branches with balancing and reporting
  • Maintain correct documentation for sales and revisions
  • Provide administrative support to Accounting & Finance department
  • Maintain strong relationships with in-unit personnel and General Managers
  • Provide additional support to accounting team, as needed

Requirements:
  • High school or equivalent
  • Intermediate knowledge of Office365, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Two+ years of relative accounting experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP, a plus

Compensation and Benefits
  • Full-Time, Exempt
  • Flex Time Off: no accruals; employees are encouraged to schedule time off as needed within business scope.
