Sales Reconciliation ClerkReports to: VP of Accounting - SSA Group
Location: Denver, CO @ SSA HQ; job is onsite with some opportunity for remote day(s), but must live in or within commute distance of Denver, CO

We are looking for a detail-oriented accounting team member with strong organizational skills, that would like to make a long-term home in an established and well-respected organization. Must have ability to learn quickly and willing to take on new challenges.
Job duties may consist of (but not limited to):- Receive and review weekly sales reports from each branch
- Record sales through Microsoft Dynamics GP
- Code all sales to proper units and General Ledger accounts
- Assist branches with balancing and reporting
- Maintain correct documentation for sales and revisions
- Provide administrative support to Accounting & Finance department
- Maintain strong relationships with in-unit personnel and General Managers
- Provide additional support to accounting team, as needed
Requirements:- High school or equivalent
- Intermediate knowledge of Office365, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Two+ years of relative accounting experience
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP, a plus

Compensation and Benefits- Full-Time, Exempt
