Messerli Kramer is seeking a 2-3L law clerk for our downtown Minneapolis full-service law firm for summer 2027. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to work with our legal team. You will have an opportunity to work with different attorneys in all practice groups like corporate, finance, business litigation, family law and real estate. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with talented professionals, and gaining valuable experience in our firm. 


GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Document Preparation: Drafting, editing, and formatting legal documents, including contracts, agreements, policies, corporate resolutions, and handling new business entities

Corporate Filings: Assisting with the preparation and filing of corporate documents, such as annual reports, business licenses, and other regulatory filings.

Proactively ensuring that the legal team is prepared with necessary materials for closings, hearings, meetings, etc.

Research and Miscellaneous Projects: from other departments including real estate, litigation and family law.
