Job description:

  1. looking for a meticulous and hands-on Hardware Test Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you'll be essential in preparing and executing tests on our hardware products, ensuring their quality and performance. You'll work closely with engineers, providing critical data and observations that drive product development and improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and assemble test samples for various hardware testing procedures.
  • Execute tests precisely according to provided instructions, accurately recording all data and monitoring ongoing tests and test samples for any anomalies.
  • Inspect hardware samples thoroughly for defects, operational issues, or any deviations from specifications.
  • Utilize basic hand tools, power tools, and electrical tools to support test setup development and the testing process itself.
  • Document test procedures, observations, and results clearly and concisely.
  • Report any issues or unexpected behaviors to the engineering team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience with hardware testing equipment or methodologies.
  • Familiarity with data logging systems or basic spreadsheet software.
  • Ability to read and understand technical diagrams or schematics.
  • Experience in troubleshooting basic hardware issues.
