Role: Hardware Test Engineer (2)
Location: Spring, TX (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term C2C / C2H / Fulltime

Who are we looking for?

In this highly collaborative role, you will be reviewing quality data from multiple data sources to then work with internal and external teams across the product development process to identify issues/trends and coordinate the resolution to improve customer experiences.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience in hardware platforms (HPI, HPE, Dell, PC/workstations, Apple macbook, iMac, mac mini, mac pro, and Apple's mobile devices) and software platforms (Windows, Linux, macOS and iOS deployment, management, Installation, Maintenance, Troubleshooting and upgrade)
  • Quality management ecosystem Experience designing and developing project and program planning to create, manage, and track project results.
  • Familiarity with 1E digital employee experience platform
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated business acumen, understanding of organizational strategy, and successful experience managing all aspects of cross-business unit programs, including communicating with internal and external stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources.

Behavioral Skills:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and consultative skills

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Management, Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent
  • Practical project management experience; Project management certification such as PMP/PMI certification preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma or other Quality certification preferred
