Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Test Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The Test Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing testing processes to ensure product quality, performance, and compliance with specifications and industry standards. This role plays a critical part in diagnosing issues, improving manufacturing test methods, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance product reliability.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain test plans, test fixtures, and automated/manual test procedures for manufactured products.
  • Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for product failures during testing or production.
  • Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to resolve testing-related issues and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Analyze and report test data, trends, and metrics to support product and process improvements.
  • Ensure test processes meet internal quality standards and external regulatory or customer requirements.
