About the Company:
Our client is a growing door supplier, known for delivering high-quality commercial doors, frames, and hardware solutions. They pride themselves on exceptional service and supporting the professional growth of their team.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to oversee commercial door projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate has experience in the doors, frames, and hardware industry and excels at coordinating clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of commercial door, frame, and hardware projects from initial proposal to final installation.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and submittals.
  • Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and logistics to meet project timelines.
  • Oversee and support field installation teams to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.
  • Provide excellent client service, addressing questions and concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the doors, frames, and hardware industry.
  • Proven experience managing commercial projects, preferably in doors and hardware.
  • Familiar with Division 8 materials such as hollow metal doors, wood doors, frames, and commercial hardware
