The Opportunity

Roselane Health Center is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and dedicated Unit Manager – Registered Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team.

As a Unit Manager, you will provide clinical leadership, oversee resident care, support nursing staff, and help ensure the highest quality outcomes for our residents.

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus Available!What You Will Do
  • Supervise the delivery of medications and treatments while providing oversight and support to RN/LPN Charge Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Medication Aides, where applicable.

  • Complete required admission assessments and ongoing resident assessments.

  • Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes, ensuring resident safety, comfort, and continuity of care.

  • Oversee and support activities of daily living (ADLs).

  • Ensure accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation.

  • Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, residents, and families.

  • Maintain compliance with infection prevention protocols and all state and federal regulations.

  • Promote quality improvement initiatives and resident-centered care.

  • Mentor, coach, and develop nursing staff while fostering a positive team culture.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Must Have
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the State of Georgia.

  • Previous experience in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting preferred.

  • Prior supervisory or Unit Manager experience is preferred but not required.

  • Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills.

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

  • A passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
