We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a part time PRN Per Visit Out-Patient Licensed Vocational Nursing (LVN) position in the East Houston area.


Job Description:
 
Provides prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to ill, injured, convalescent, and disabled persons.
 

Qualifications:
  • Licensed LVN in the State of Texas - required
  • 1+ years' experience as an LVN - preferred
  • Must have at least one year experience in home health, hospice or related field
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Ability to travel - must have reliable transportation
  • Clean background, drug screen, and driving record
