This position is designed for a fully remote work setting, allowing for flexibility and the ability to reach clients across various locations. As part of our outpatient office model, you will work within an innovative behavioral health framework that emphasizes collaboration and multidisciplinary approaches. The technology we utilize, including telehealth platforms and electronic health records, ensures a seamless connection with clients and other healthcare professionals while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and care.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client mental health status and emotional well-being through interviews, clinical tools, and standardized assessments.
• Create personalized treatment plans that reflect the distinct needs, strengths, and goals of each client, fostering a client-centered approach to care.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies applicable in individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Regularly track and assess client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with evolving needs and goals.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute distress and develop Safety Plans to guide future interventions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic records of client interactions, treatment progress, and updates per HIPAA regulations and ethical practices.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and mental health advocates, to deliver holistic care tailored to clients’ overall health.
• Commit to professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and supervision meetings to refine clinical skills and stay informed of the latest trends in mental health.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines outlined by relevant licensing boards and organizations in all aspects of clinical practice.

Our client base includes individuals from diverse backgrounds experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will tailor your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client while respecting and understanding their individual values and cultural contexts.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Possession of a current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) is essential.
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities, allowing for effective treatment planning and implementation.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and listening skills to cultivate rapport and trust with clients.
• A compassionate, empathetic disposition, driven by a genuine commitment to the mental well-being of clients.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision while also functioning effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• Thorough knowledge of ethical standards and legal regulations governing mental health practice.

• A minimum of three years of experience in a mental health counseling role, specializing in outpatient therapy preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth resources and proficiency in utilizing technology to enhance client engagement.
• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of issues relating to cultural competency in mental health care.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a rewarding salary, our benefits package includes:
