• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health and emotional needs of clients, using standardized tools and clinical interviews.
• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that set measurable goals and outline desired outcomes based on each individual's unique circumstances.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic practices, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring these modalities are tailored to suit varying client needs.
• Regularly monitor client progress through documented sessions, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring safety and stabilization.
• Maintain confidential and accurate records for all client interactions in adherence to ethical, legal, and healthcare regulations.
• Engage in regular meetings with a multidisciplinary team to discuss client progress and share insights to enhance overall care coordination.
• Stay informed of current mental health research and treatment methodologies to provide clients with the most effective interventions.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision opportunities to further develop clinical skills and professional knowledge.

Your role will involve working with a diverse population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other mental health disorders. Lifeline Harbor Behavioral Health serves a broad spectrum of clients, from children to adults, making cultural competence and sensitivity crucial in effectively addressing each individual's unique needs and backgrounds.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure in the state of Colorado as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) is necessary for this role.
• Exceptional clinical assessment skills and the ability to diagnose mental health conditions accurately.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with clients and collaborate with other health professionals.
• Demonstrated empathy and a commitment to enhancing client well-being through compassionate care.
• Ability to operate both independently and within a team in a remote work setting.
• Familiarity with ethical guidelines and regulatory frameworks governing mental health practice.

• A minimum of three years of professional experience in mental health counseling or a closely related field is required.
• Prior experience using telehealth platforms for client engagement is highly desirable.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
