Happy Dad Hard Seltzer & Tea is hiring an Area Manager based in Michigan to manage distributor relationships, drive sales, and oversee data analysis. This role includes delivering sales presentations, tracking key metrics, and ensuring distributors meet goals. The manager will maintain strong communication with internal teams and external partners, resolve conflicts, and oversee budgeting, inventory, and marketing strategies to support both short- and long-term growth. Responsibilities

  • Manage distributor relationships & check-ins
  • Deliver sales updates & presentations
  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with distributor partners in-market to drive execution at retail, actively selling into accounts, securing placements, and closing distribution and display opportunities at the store level
  • Analyze data (VIP, depletions, trends, inventory)
  • Engage customers & internal teams
  • Drive sales & larger distributor orders
  • Ensure distributor reps & DMs meet goals
  • Manage budgets & bill backs
  • Oversee POS marketing & incentives
  • Handle inventory management (short-term & long-term)

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • 2+ years in Beverage Alcohol Industry preferred
  • Proven sales success & revenue growth
  • Proficient in Excel & Google Sheets
  • Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint & Google Slides)
  • Excellent judgment, problem-solving & critical thinking
  • Team player with strong work ethic
  • Effective communication, presentation & negotiation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $100,000
