Campaign Execution & Project Management

  • Own day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives from concept through launch, including timelines, deliverables, approvals, and budget tracking
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while keeping teams aligned and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Work closely with agency and vendor partners to execute campaigns, content, events, and promotions at a high level
  • Identify ways to improve process, simplify execution, and help the team move faster without sacrificing quality

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Field Marketing, Creative, Social, Finance, and Operations to ensure marketing plans are executable and aligned with business priorities
  • Act as a connector across teams, helping translate brand strategy into clear plans that work in the real world

Performance Tracking & Insights

  • Monitor campaign performance, key brand metrics, and activation results to evaluate effectiveness and inform future decisions
  • Help track marketing budgets, ROI, and program performance against business goals
  • Use data, consumer feedback, and field insights to refine programs and improve impact over time

Qualifications

  • 6-9+ years of experience in brand marketing, consumer marketing, integrated marketing, or related roles
  • Experience in CPG, beverage, alcohol, lifestyle, entertainment, or consumer brand environments strongly preferred
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
