Job description

Happy Dad is looking for a Marketing Manager to help drive brand growth, consumer engagement, and best-in-class execution across our portfolio. This role will support the development and execution of national marketing initiatives, product launches, campaign activations, and cross-functional go-to-market programs that build the brand and drive revenue.

This person will play a key role in bringing marketing strategy to life across digital, social, retail, field, and partnership channels. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on someone who can think big, manage multiple priorities, collaborate cross-functionally, and execute quickly in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Consumer Marketing

  • Help develop and execute annual and seasonal brand marketing plans aligned with company growth goals and brand priorities
  • Support integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, experiential, retail, and partnership channels
  • Partner with internal and external creative teams to develop compelling campaign assets, messaging, and content that feel authentic to the Happy Dad brand
  • Ensure brand consistency across marketing touchpoints, activations, and consumer communications
  • Translate consumer insights, competitive trends, and market data into actionable marketing recommendations

Product Launches & Go-to-Market

  • Build launch timelines, marketing calendars, messaging frameworks, and activation plans in partnership with Sales, Trade Marketing, Creative, and Operations
  • Help create sell-in support materials and launch toolkits for internal teams, distributors, and retail partners
  • Coordinate marketing execution across channels to ensure launches are simple, timely, and impactful

Campaign Execution & Project Management

  • Own day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives from concept through launch, including timelines, deliverables, approvals, and budget tracking
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while keeping teams aligned and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Work closely with agency and vendor partners to execute campaigns, content, events, and promotions at a high level
  • Identify ways to improve process, simplify execution, and help the team move faster without sacrificing quality

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Field Marketing, Creative, Social, Finance, and Operations to ensure marketing plans are executable and aligned with business priorities
  • Act as a connector across teams, helping translate brand strategy into clear plans that work in the real world

Performance Tracking & Insights

  • Monitor campaign performance, key brand metrics, and activation results to evaluate effectiveness and inform future decisions
  • Help track marketing budgets, ROI, and program performance against business goals
  • Use data, consumer feedback, and field insights to refine programs and improve impact over time

Qualifications

  • 69+ years of experience in brand marketing, consumer marketing, integrated marketing, or related roles
  • Experience in CPG, beverage, alcohol, lifestyle, entertainment, or consumer brand environments strongly preferred
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience supporting integrated campaigns, product launches, and cross-functional marketing initiatives
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively across levels and functions
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing strategy with execution
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done
  • Passion for building culturally relevant consumer brands

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000
