=========================================================

Greetings. This is Vanessa. I am a nursing school student who currently holds the position of Human Resource Coordinator for an exclusive supporting living and chronic illness management service.

Here is a little bit about us; we don’t just provide care — we create Distinguished Living Experiences for high-profile clients and their families. Our clients are accomplished retirees, busy professionals, and families who expect care delivered with precision, dignity, and grace.

We are seeking a Client Experience Specialist (CES) — a Certified Home Health Aide in good standing with the State of New Jersey — to lead our mission of building client confidence and supporting new team members. This position is perfect for a professional who loves caregiving and has the interest in learning leadership skills so he/she can inspire others.

What this job is about:

As a Client Experience Specialist, you will be the ambassador of our signature services and the first point of contact for both new clients and caregivers. You will work in four integrated domains alongside a nurse, a service planner and a client happiness manager.

  1. Service Culture & Administrative Support

Gain a deep understanding of our proprietary Distinguished Living Match System and luxury brand.

Support office leadership with care coordination tasks and amazing client experience.

  1. Onboarding & Coaching New Caregivers

Serve as the culture ambassador for new hires, modeling our iCARE principles of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, and Excellence.

Support the agency to match caregivers to clients based on lifestyle, skill, and personality fit.

Guide team members through their first shifts and ongoing training.

  1. Onboarding New Clients & Families

Lead the first in-home visit to ensure clients and families feel confident and special.

Create a seamless transition from the service launch to client satisfaction.

Orient clients and family members to our unique systems, ensuring trust and peace of mind.

  1. Direct Care & On-Call Leadership

Provide hands-on care as the expert caregiver for specialized or complex cases.

Serve as after-hours on-call coordinator one week each month, ensuring continuity of care.

Why is this job so special?

This is not just another CHHA job. You will be the bridge between our office, our field team, and our clients — shaping every step of the client experience so families feel supported and caregivers feel empowered. With guaranteed full-time forty hours a week hours, premium benefits, and opportunities for growth, this role is ideal for someone ready to lead and serve at the highest level.

Requirements

Current New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in good standing.

Reliable personal transportation (must drive yourself to and from work).

Commitment to working every other weekend and every other holiday.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Passion for delivering luxury-level, personalized care.

Why Join Us

Our team members love working here because we offer:

Guaranteed full-time hours with competitive pay.

Robust benefits: PTO, retirement plan, insurance options, career advancement leave, and more

Our proprietary Distinguished Living Match System, ensuring you’re paired with clients and cases that fit your skills and style

A culture built on Serving Together, Growing Together.

Opportunities to advance into leadership roles and build a meaningful career.

How to Apply

If you are ready to combine hands-on care with leadership excellence, you want guaranteed forty hours a week with benefits and you want to make a difference for both caregivers and clients, we want to meet you.

Apply Today – Submit your resume and a brief cover letter describing why you are passionate about luxury caregiving.

Thank you for your interest. I will respond to you within 24 working hours and we move quickly through our hiring process. . .
