Job description

Position Summary:

Hanwha Vision America is seeking a polished, engaging, and professional full-time, contract Global Brand Spokesperson/Ambassador to represent our brand across customer interviews, corporate videos, live events, and digital content.

This individual will serve as the public face of Hanwha Vision during customer success stories, partner interviews, product videos, trade shows, and executive events. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional on-camera presence, strong interviewing skills, and the ability to communicate complex technology in a natural, confident, and engaging manner.

The spokesperson should project intelligence, credibility, professionalism, and warmth while interacting with customers, partners, executives, and industry audiences.

Key Responsibilities

On-Camera Hosting & Interviewing

  • On-Camera Hosting
  • Conduct interviews with technology partners, industry experts, customers, and internal subject matter experts.
  • Serve as the on-camera host for product introductions, solution demonstrations, and educational content.
  • Must be able to eloquently, and confidently present technical topics, including AI, analytics, cybersecurity, manufacturing, quality assurance, and product innovation, in a clear, easy to understand and engaging way.

Event Representation

Represent Hanwha Vision at:

  • Industry trade shows
  • Customer and partner events
  • Product launches
  • Experience Center (HITE) tours and video productions
  • Executive forums and company events

Responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming attendees and guests
  • Introducing speakers and presentations
  • Facilitating interviews, panel discussions, and live conversations
  • Supporting customer engagement activities and brand experiences


Content Creation & Digital Media

  • Partner with the Marketing and Communications teams to develop video content, customer stories, thought leadership pieces, and social media assets.
  • Deliver polished, professional content while maintaining brand consistency and messaging standards.
  • Participate in promotional campaigns, webinars, podcasts, livestreams, and social media video productions.
  • Contribute ideas that enhance audience engagement and content effectiveness.

Brand Representation

  • Develop a strong understanding of Hanwha Vision's products, technologies, solutions, and market positioning.
  • Build positive relationships with customers, partners, industry influencers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Consistently represent the Hanwha Vision brand with professionalism, confidence, and authenticity.
  • Serve as a trusted and recognizable corporate representative across all public-facing engagements.

Qualifications

Required

  • Proven experience as an on-camera host, corporate spokesperson, presenter, broadcaster, journalist, moderator, media personality, or brand ambassador.
  • Exceptional interviewing, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience conducting conversations with executives, customers, technical experts, and business leaders.
  • Strong public speaking, facilitation, and presentation capabilities.
  • Professional presence with the ability to engage audiences in both live and recorded formats.
  • Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and communicate them in a clear, relatable manner.
  • Comfortable working in studio, virtual, and live event environments.
  • Willingness to travel throughout North America and internationally as required.

Preferred

  • Experience within B2B technology, AI, cybersecurity, enterprise software, physical security, video surveillance, or related industries.
  • Background in journalism, television, broadcasting, corporate communications, public relations, or digital media.
  • Experience hosting podcasts, webinars, video series, or live-streamed events.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and professional social media content development.
  • Teleprompter experience.
  • Experience interviewing C-level executives and industry thought leaders.

Travel Requirements

  • Approximately 40–70% travel throughout NA and Globally. Must have valid Passport.
  • Availability for occasional evening and weekend events.
