What is a Hangar job?

A Hangar job typically involves maintaining, repairing, and inspecting aircraft within a hangar facility. Responsibilities can range from routine servicing to complex mechanical or structural repairs. Depending on the position, certification from aviation authorities may be required.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Hangar position, and why are they important?

A Hangar Manager or Hangar Technician role requires expertise in aircraft handling, maintenance procedures, and adherence to aviation safety standards, often supported by certifications such as an Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license or related technical training. Knowledge of maintenance management systems, inspection tools, and compliance documentation is crucial in this environment. Strong organizational skills, teamwork, and attention to detail help ensure efficient operations and safety within the hangar. This role offers exposure to a variety of tasks and opportunities to advance to supervisory or specialized technical positions within the aviation industry.

What jobs pay 4000 a week without a degree?
