How this role contributes to the Yโ€™s mission:

As a Y Hall Monitor, you will assist in maintaining a safe school environment by monitoring student activity in halls, throughout the building and outside of the building. You will be the friendly face that greets parents and helps visitors get to where the need to go. You will monitor and supervise student activity and will notify the Site Director of any incidents or disruptions. As a Hall Monitor, youโ€™ll contribute to the Y and to our overall community by supporting and nurturing youth adversely impacted by the achievement gap.
