Job description

HackerRank helps companies like NVIDIA, Amazon, and Microsoft hire and upskill the next generation of developers based on skills, not pedigree. Our platform is trusted by over 2,500 of the world's most innovative companies to build strong engineering teams ready for what's next.
Software has entered an era where humans and AI build side by side. As this shift accelerates, the definition of strong technical talent is changing. We give companies better ways to identify and invest in next-generation skills.
People at HackerRank care deeply about the impact of their work and sweat the small details so our customers can be wildly successful with products they genuinely love to use. We move with urgency and believe great outcomes come from high standards.
About the role
We're hiring a Senior Go-To-Market TA Partner to accelerate GTM hiring out of our Santa Clara office. This role is built for someone who already speaks GTM quota, pipeline, QBRs, retention, and expansion and can plug into an active motion with minimal ramp. You'll work closely with leaders to build high-quality GTM teams that directly impact revenue. This is a hands-on, on-site role designed for a recruiter who values ownership, speed, and sharp hiring judgment.
Who you are
  • A senior recruiter with 7-8 years of experience hiring for go-to-market, revenue, or customer-facing roles in tech or SaaS
  • Deeply familiar with modern GTM motions and metrics- from quota-carrying roles and pipeline health to renewals, expansion, and churn
  • Confident hiring for complex, technical GTM roles
  • Known for strong hiring judgment and the ability to assess GTM talent in a real business and revenue context
  • A credible GTM storyteller, able to represent roles, teams, and growth narratives clearly to senior candidates
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-ownership environments with minimal process and high expectations
What you'll do
  • Own end-to-end hiring for GTM roles across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success
  • Partner closely with GTM leaders, hiring in the context of quotas, territories, pipeline health, and revenue goals
  • Build high-signal pipelines through proactive sourcing and an existing GTM network
  • Balance speed and quality, with a strong focus on candidate experience, close rates, and hiring outcomes
  • Operate as a true hiring partner, driving decisions rather than managing process
Even better if you have
  • Experience recruiting for complex, technical SaaS or product-led companies
  • A strong, active network of Solutions Engineers, CAMs and Sales Engineers
  • Exposure to supporting fast-scaling or high-growth GTM teams
  • Experience hiring across multiple GTM functions in parallel
  • Comfort working closely with senior stakeholders in an on-site environment
You'll thrive in this role if
  • Credibility with Sales, Solutions, and Revenue leaders comes naturally
  • Outcomes matter more than funnel volume
  • Hands-on, decisive work is energising
  • Direct impact on growth and revenue is a key motivator

Compensation
  • Base salary range: $120,000 - $160,000
  • This range doesn't include stock options or benefits. Salary may be adjusted based on business needs.
  • Final offer may vary based on skills, experience, location, and other compensation components.
