About the Role

JRK Property Holdings is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and serve as a strategic hiring partner across our growing multifamily, hospitality, and corporate portfolio. This is more than a recruiting role—it is an opportunity to directly influence how we attract, hire, and retain top talent across a national organization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead full‑cycle recruitment for leadership, specialized, and business‑critical positions in multifamily, hospitality, and corporate roles.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage both active and passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process, serving as a trusted advisor on talent availability, compensation expectations, interview strategy, and candidate selection.
  • Collaborate with operational and executive leadership to understand business objectives and develop recruiting strategies that support workforce needs.
  • Participate in workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational growth initiatives.
  • Provide market intelligence on hiring trends, competitor activity, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
  • Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics, including time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, candidate conversion rates, and hiring outcomes.
  • Utilize data and reporting to identify trends, improve recruiting performance, and influence hiring decisions.
  • Evaluate current recruiting processes and recommend improvements.
  • Help develop and maintain recruiting procedures, training resources, and best practices for hiring managers and interview teams.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
  • Create compelling job advertisements and recruitment marketing content.
  • Support recruiting events, job fairs, networking initiatives, and employer branding efforts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in a corporate, agency, or blended environment.
  • Proven success recruiting leadership, specialized, or difficult‑to‑fill positions.
  • Strong passive sourcing and relationship‑building skills.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers in a consultative capacity.
  • Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and use data to drive decision‑making.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment with multiple competing priorities.
  • Experience within multifamily, hospitality, real estate, or related industries is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret recruiting data.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence hiring decisions and build credibility with senior leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple high‑priority and confidential searches simultaneously.
  • Strong consultative and relationship‑building skills.
  • Experience developing recruiting processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of talent market trends, compensation benchmarking, and workforce planning principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness and desire to cold call candidates as needed to fill open positions.
  • Respectful, accountable, and confidential in handling duties.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to function well in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Experience and Education

Minimum 5–7 years of recruiting experience, leading to leadership, specialized, or difficult‑to‑fill positions.

Background in supporting senior leaders and key business stakeholders.

Experience developing metrics, dashboards, and hiring analytics.

Experience recruiting in multifamily, hospitality, real estate, or related industries preferred.

Experience with applicant tracking and onboarding systems a plus.

English/Spanish verbal and written skills highly desired.

Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws, regulations, and HR certifications preferred.

Physical Requirements
  • Expected work hours: 7:30 to 5:00, Monday through Friday with occasional weekends.
  • Travel: Up to 50%.
  • Work environment: General office environment.
  • FLSA Status: Exempt.
