Position Overview
We are looking for a Great Attitude, a Self-Starter, and a Well-organized candidate with a background in administrative work, office management, and maintaining smooth schedules for the Team. Join us in a wonderful journey of transforming the spaces that our clients live within. If you like to take pride in seeing your efforts transform our clients' spaces and change the way they live within their homes. It is a challenging environment, lots of moving parts, but the joy of creating beautiful spaces, then this position would be a good fit for you.
Responsibilities
  • Creating customer relationships through answering the phone and scheduling appointments for sales and installations
  • Following up with all customer/vendor requests and concerns
  • Communicating with different vendors and receiving shipments
  • Data Entry (Invoices and Sales Contracts)
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office environment
  • Assisting with social media management, occasionally
  • Assisting with client presentations and some appointments would be desired.
  • A task-oriented and Driven person will do great in this position.
  • Perfect for a self-motivated and Highly Energetic Individual that values Customer Service and the opportunity to create beautiful spaces and build relationships with clients.

Qualifications
  • Previous administrative experience - Required
  • Valid Driver's License - Required
  • Clean driving record
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • CAD experience - a plus
  • Construction knowledge - a plus
