We are hiring multiple OSP Fielders to support the AT&T Fiber Project across several locations. This is a long-term, 1099 contract role with competitive unit rates.
Open Locations:Central Arkansas (Little Rock area)
NW Arkansas (Fayetteville area)
NE Arkansas (Jonesboro area)
Springfield/Joplin, MO
South Central Oklahoma (Ardmore–Davis)
North Central Oklahoma (Stillwater)
McAlester, OK (Tulsa area)
Palm Beach County, FL
St. Louis, MO
Conduct field surveys to gather data on aerial/underground infrastructure (poles, cables, terminals, manholes, cabinets, GPS coordinates).
Document and verify existing OSP facilities using iPad-based applications.
Capture detailed measurements, notes, and photos for engineering and design teams.
Prepare accurate field documentation to support construction work orders.
Perform site walks, greenfield assessments, ASE/F3 reviews, and ROW (Right of Way) drawings.
Prior AT&T OSP fielding experience strongly preferred.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Reliable personal transportation and clean driving record (mileage not reimbursed).
Laptop and fielding equipment provided (or supplied by parent company).
Strong attention to detail with ability to take accurate notes, measurements, and photos.
Contract Type: 1099 – Paid on fielding unit rates
Equipment: Laptop & tools provided
Travel: Must use personal vehicle
