Meet The Training Team & Hub's HFC

The HFC Training Team is the first point of connection for new team members and sets the foundation for a positive, engaging employee experience. The team designs and delivers onboarding and department-specific training, ensuring individuals are equipped with the right tools and skills to succeed within the HFC Hub Financial Center, HUB's shared services center supporting insurance accounting across the organization.

Role Overview

The HFC Training Supervisor is a people-focused leader who drives the effectiveness, quality, and impact of the HFC training function. This role leads a team of Trainers and Coordinators, shapes the employee learning experience, and uses data to continuously improve training outcomes. This leader is passionate about developing people, creating engaging learning experiences, and using metrics to guide decisions. They balance creativity and structure, ensuring training programs are both inspiring and measurable.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Trainers and Coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Own the end-to-end training experience, including onboarding, departmental training, refresher programs, and material updates.
  • Design and refine training programs that improve learner engagement, performance, and time-to-productivity.
  • Partner closely with HFC leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure training aligns with business goals.
  • Use dashboards and performance metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and implement development plans for direct reports.
  • Ensure training content remains current, relevant, and impactful across departments.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency while maintaining accuracy and quality.

What You Bring

  • At least 3 years of experience leading people, including performance management and development.
  • A genuine passion for coaching, mentoring, and creating meaningful learning experiences.
  • Experience developing or overseeing training programs that drive measurable results.
  • Comfort using metrics, dashboards, and LMS platforms to guide decisions.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across levels.
  • The ability to balance strategy, execution, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.

Disclosure required under applicable law in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, and Washington states: The expected salary range for this position is $70,000 - $76,960 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
