The guest chooses from over 25 toppings and dressings - and determines if their salad will be tossed or chopped. Our Salad Chef then 'builds' the salad to the guest's exact specifications - giving the guest The Big Salad unique experience!
The Big Salad also offers signature pre-designed salads - all made to order by our Salad Chefs. A variety of soup and sandwich options complete our healthy menu.
