Our specialty and focus is on salads. Our guests are able to custom design their own personal salads. The guest chooses from over 25 toppings and dressings - and determines if their salad will be tossed or chopped. Our Salad Chef then 'builds' the salad to the guest's exact specifications - giving the guest The Big Salad unique experience!
The Big Salad also offers signature pre-designed salads - all made to order by our Salad Chefs. A variety of soup and sandwich options complete our healthy menu.
The Big Salad prides itself in creating a culture that embraces our team members and guest as family. Our restaurants are about people and the powerful way that great food brings them together.     • Insure all store maintenance procedures are followed to support the integrity of the operations
    • Insure all equipment is in proper operation

  • Responsible for the control of food, labor costs and sales
