Your Path Family Law is a boutique law firm that specializes in Divorce & Child Custody. We guide parents on their path through divorce with compassion and integrity. We never hide the ball, and we put clients first. We are also a dynamic, growing law firm in need of an Operations Manager. A candidate for this position must be intelligent, hardworking, have a great personality, and a positive attitude. Operational experience is required, but not necessarily law firm experience.
The ideal candidate should thrive on challenges and welcome change.
This is a hybrid position for a hybrid work environment. Candidate must be working on-site two to three days a week (we expect more in-person work during the onboarding process).

Responsibilities
The key responsibilities for this important position include:
H.R. & Operations:
• Assist the owner with posting job ads, interviews, and hiring new staff
• Creating the firm's training programs for various positions, utilizing Trainual or a similar platform
• Work with the firm's COO to create policies, systems, and procedures
• Manage firm benefits and research new benefit opportunities at the direction of the Owner
• Coordinate insurance for the firm, including liability, malpractice, etc
• Assist the Owner with training and coaching staff
• Managing compliance of attorneys and staff with necessary training and CLEs
• Coordinate staff schedules, training, and personal time off
• Hold the team accountable for their Key Performance Indicators
• Run payroll
Finances:
• Update cash flow projection weekly
• Update the budget quarterly and review it monthly
• Pay firm bills and work with the Owner to ensure profitability
• Track A/R and work with staff on collections
Technology:
• Test potential technologies to supplant or replace the current technology stack for operations, programming, or client experience
• Interview vendors and make recommendations to the Owner
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT providers
• Work with the computer support company when necessary
• Update software and electronics when necessary
Office Guru:
• Keep the office operating smoothly on a daily basis
• Plan staff outings and develop a positive firm culture
• Work closely with the Owner to prepare business plans and growth plans
Qualifications
• Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and possess experience managing a team of at least 5 employees and a budget of at least $1,000,000
• Legal administration experience is not a prerequisite, but candidates with the same are strongly encouraged to apply
