• Conduct engaging virtual therapy sessions tailored to address the specific mental health needs of individuals, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.
• Assess patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and client feedback, ensuring personalized care that promotes improvement in mental well-being.
• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements, ensuring that all records reflect the high-quality care provided.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and cohesive treatment plans, participating in regular case reviews and team meetings via telecommunication tools.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and ethical standards while communicating with clients, their families, and other professionals involved in their care, thus ensuring a safe and respectful environment.

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals struggling with a wide array of mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, PTSD, and family dynamics. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California.
• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting.
• Proven experience providing telehealth services is essential, showcasing your ability to adeptly engage with clients remotely using digital platforms.
• Access to a private office space suitable for conducting confidential therapy sessions.
• Familiarity with treating mental health conditions such as anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, PTSD, and related issues is required.
