Responsibilities: 

  • Provide and maintain an exceptional customer service experience, sales, and quality of service.

  • Arrive on time, adhere to agreed upon schedule, and in dress code to maintain high professional standards and ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed to company standards. 

  • Identify guests needs and recommend skincare and packages based on those needs.

  • Develop and foster an inspiring culture where customers love coming to get waxed while exceeding their expectations.

Qualifications: 

  • Sales experience preferred in a pay for performance compensation structure.
