What You'll Do

As our Guest Experience Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring the front of the restaurant operates smoothly while creating an exceptional arrival experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Welcome every guest with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.
  • Manage reservations using Resy while maximizing seating efficiency.
  • Coordinate seating to support a smooth dining room flow.
  • Lead and mentor the host team during service.
  • Communicate continuously with managers, servers, and kitchen staff.
  • Monitor wait times and keep guests informed.
  • Handle special requests and guest concerns with professionalism.
  • Maintain a polished, organized, and inviting entrance.
  • Help create memorable experiences that encourage guests to return.

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Experience in upscale hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or customer-facing service is preferred
  • Enjoys interacting with guests and making people feel welcome.
  • Is calm, organized, and solutions-oriented under pressure.
  • Has excellent communication skills.
  • Pays attention to details and presentation.
  • Is dependable, punctual, and professional.
  • Is available to work at least two weekday shifts and two weekend shifts, including evenings.
