POSITION SUMMARY

Join the Club. Be the Experience. Hammer & Nails Grooming for Guys is bringing luxury men’s grooming to Chamblee, and is hiring driven, polished, and personable Guest Experience Coordinators to help launch the brand in style.

This is the first and last impression for every guest — welcoming them, guiding them through their service journey, and closing the deal on memberships with confidence. This role sells an experience, not just a haircut.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Serve as the face of the Hammer & Nails brand, delivering concierge-level hospitality and sales service
  • Guide new guests through their first visit and convert them into excited members
  • Manage bookings and appointments with accuracy and efficiency
  • Keep the lounge environment polished, stocked, and guest-ready
  • Track and manage inventory, daily transactions, and membership metrics
  • Collaborate with team members to execute sales campaigns and marketing initiatives

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

SCHEDULE

  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

REQUIREMENTS

  • Able to work on-site at Hammer & Nails, The Manor at Chamblee, Chamblee, GA
  • Prior hospitality or membership-based sales experience is required — candidates without this experience will not be considered
  • Must be able to relocate or commute to 30341
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be available weekdays, weekends, and nights

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Compensation: $16.50–$18.50/hour plus sales commission ($5–$50 per membership sold); 40 hours per week. Projected annual compensation (full-time, base + commission): $34,000–$38,000. Top performers can earn up to $68.50/hour with commissions included.
