Job description

Coast Guard Exchange (USCGCSC) seeks a Chief Operating Officer to lead operational performance and strategic execution for CGX. Oversees 63 CGX stores, 12 gas stations, 25 micromarts and all ecommerce operations, driving growth and customer experience across physical and digital channels.

The COO reports to the Executive Director/Executive Officer, shaping budgets, performance standards, and long-range plans while ensuring alignment with CSC objectives and mission support.
