Location: ONSITE- Phoenix AZ
Duration: 6 Months
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Consent & Privacy Management (CPM) Solutions Engineer to lead the implementation and delivery of enterprise privacy technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Consent Management Platforms (CMP), Tag Management, MarTech/AdTech integrations, and global privacy regulations including GDPR and CCPA.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise Consent & Privacy Management solutions.
  • Configure and deploy CMP platforms such as OneTrust, Ketch, Syrenis, Cookiebot, or Didomi.
  • Design and implement integrations with IAM, CRM, CDP, marketing platforms, analytics tools, and enterprise applications.
  • Configure Google Tag Manager (GTM), Tealium, Adobe Launch, and Server-Side Tagging.
  • Integrate consent signals using Google Consent Mode v2, IAB TCF 2.2, and Global Privacy Control (GPC).
  • Develop REST API and Webhook integrations for consent synchronization.
  • Build data pipelines and analytics dashboards to monitor consent preferences and compliance.
  • Partner with Marketing, Analytics, UX, and Engineering teams to deliver privacy-first digital experiences.
  • Implement governance standards, onboarding frameworks, and operational best practices for enterprise privacy platforms.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Analytics, MarTech, or Data Engineering.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Consent Management Platforms (CMP).
  • Experience with OneTrust, Ketch, Syrenis, Cookiebot, or Didomi.
  • Strong experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), Tealium, or Adobe Launch.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, REST APIs, and Webhooks.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Segment, Meta CAPI, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, IAB TCF 2.2, Google Consent Mode v2, and Global Privacy Control (GPC).
  • Experience with Server-Side Tagging and privacy-safe identity solutions.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Privacy Professional (CIPP) or equivalent certification.
  • Experience implementing CMP solutions across multi-brand, multi-domain, or multi-region environments.
  • Experience in Financial Services or other highly regulated industries.
