As a Strategic Advisor, Client Growth, you will play a key role in in the development and evolution of client growth strategies aimed at accelerating value creation across the organization, notably through the use of Next Best Action (NBA) approaches to increase product and service adoption, deepen client relationships, and enhance long-term customer value.

What you'll accomplish with us
As a Strategic Advisor, Client Growth, you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Develop and evolve data-driven client growth strategies aimed at sustainably increasing customer lifetime value (CLV), notably through Next Best Action (NBA) approaches.
  • Translate strategic directions into clear objectives, relevant business KPIs, and expected financial outcomes.
  • Establish and enhance measurement frameworks (KPIs) to continuously assess the contribution of initiatives to value creation.
  • Analyze the performance of initiatives and NBA recommendations, derive insights, and recommend strategic adjustments.
  • Leverage client, commercial, and financial data to better understand behaviors, key drivers, and performance gaps.
  • Influence decision-making by supporting prioritization and investment choices through comparative analyses and strategic scenarios.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy, metrics, and results, while adopting a proactive approach to challenges and opportunities.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is known for their analytical capabilities (financial, market, and business data), along with the ability to structure complex issues, develop clear diagnostics, and formulate actionable recommendations.
  • Stands out for their ability to perform in highly complex, cross-functional environments, while demonstrating strong organizational, prioritization, and issue management skills.
  • Demonstrates strong ability to communicate with senior stakeholders, simplify complex concepts, and deliver impactful presentations and strategic documentation.
  • Is recognized for their results- and value-driven mindset, knowledge of the insurance and wealth management sectors, and the ability to influence and mobilize stakeholders.
  • Has a minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or business development.
  • Holds a university degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (MBA considered an asset).
  • Advanced proficiency in French and English is required, as the incumbent will communicate daily via email and calls with English-speaking clients and partners across Canada.
