The Role

We're looking for a Strategic Growth Manager to grow and expand some of our largest customer relationships. This role is focused on uncovering new opportunities, building strong relationships across enterprise organizations, and helping customers use Giftogram in bigger and more strategic ways over time.
You'll work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product while owning expansion revenue across your portfolio.
In This Role, You'll:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across departments and teams
  • Build relationships with decision-makers across HR, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Procurement
  • Lead customer conversations focused on growth, adoption, and new use cases
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure strong customer outcomes
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of expansion opportunities
  • Accurately forecast revenue and activity in HubSpot/Salesforce
  • Hit and exceed quarterly revenue goals with uncapped accelerators
