We are currently seeking a passionate individual with daycare or preschool experience to join our team as a Preschool Curriculum Specialist.

As a Preschool Curriculum Specialist at The Learning Experience, You Will:
  • Take on closing responsibilities, this is a 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. shift only!
  • Guide our teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging your passion for learning. Take advantage of our engaging characters to drive the curriculum, creating a fun and enriching learning experience at TLE.
  • Spend your day in the classroom immersed with learning and helping support and empower teachers.
  • Support management by auditing child files, onboarding new employees, new child orientations and first day photos, laundry, and closing responsibilities.
  • Float between each classroom while assisting with breaks, call outs, distribution of supplies, auditing DOL boards.
  • Lead by example, displaying passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and employees. Create an environment of trust, rapport, and inclusivity, easily connecting with diverse groups of people.
  • Engage prospective families through in-person tours, effectively showcasing the benefits of our program. Organize and execute community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment.

  • Have two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of center leadership/management experience (required).
  • Hold a degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred).
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
