How does a group leader typically balance their own responsibilities with supporting team members’ development?

As a Group Leader, you are responsible for both achieving team objectives and fostering the professional growth of your team members. This balance often involves delegating tasks effectively, providing ongoing feedback, and setting aside time for coaching or mentorship. Successful Group Leaders prioritize open communication, regularly check in with their team, and adjust workloads to ensure that both project goals and individual development needs are met.
